5.1 As of now, Matairi Tyres does not process payments online. Orders are confirmed via quotation and manual agreement.
5.2 No payment gateway (e.g. PayGate, PayFast) is in use. Once payment integration is enabled, updated terms will be published.
6. VAT STATUS
6.1 Matairi Tyres is not currently registered for VAT. No VAT invoices will be issued unless and until registration occurs.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery times and fees will vary depending on location, quantity, and courier availability.
7.2 All deliveries are made by third-party courier companies. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss once the product has left our premises.
7.3 Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
8.1 Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
8.2 A return authorization must be obtained in writing.
8.3 Refunds will be processed upon inspection and may be subject to a handling/restocking fee.

9.1 All tyres sold are subject to manufacturer warranties, if applicable.
9.2 Matairi Tyres does not provide any express or implied warranties beyond those of the manufacturers.
